If you have provided us with all your insurance information prior to your scheduled appointment we will be happy to file the claim for you. However, it is essential that you know your dental plan as we collect the portion insurance is not expected to pay at the time of service.
Claims are usually processed 30 days after submission. Any balance in your account after 30 days is your responsibility. If the balance is not paid within 60 days from the date of the statement, it is turned to the ABM collection agency. We will be happy to send you a refund if your insurance pays the claim.
Please note that filing insurance claims is our courtesy to you. You are the person contracted with the insurance, not us. Therefore, we are not responsible for how your insurance pays the claim. We can give you an estimate of what insurance may pay on the claim; however, we can not guarantee the payment. Also, we are not responsible for any errors occurring during the claim processing. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
